“They” represent the 1%

For years, Congress has ignored the people they claim to represent. Now we’re knocking on their door. 

If they refuse to answer that door, I’m afraid the day will come when we will have to kick it in and demand our right to a Government of the People, By the People, and For the People.

You can argue all you want about which political party holds the best promise for America, but the truth is, they’re both corrupt. Neither Party represents our interests anymore.

Obama, Harry Reid, Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer will shaft us & look after the interests of the 1% every bit as fast as Romney, Gingrich and Boehner will. They are nothing more than a wholly owned subsidiary of Wall Street, bought and paid for by the 1%.

THEY DON’T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU.

We’re under pressure and the pressure is coming from all “sides.” From the people of the Right-Wing that slavishly echo the words of the media and their 1% masters, to the “sleeping sheep” on the left that will sit back and continue to not be active and choose to remain silent and maintain the status quo.

We’re still free. It ain’t THAT bad. What’s on TV?

They will sit in their comfortable homes and watch us get ridiculed and crushed. Then, they’ll slap another ribbon on their car to show their support, until the mere act of having the ribbon on their car is regarded as “subversive” and punishable. Then, they’ll take the ribbon off of their car and go back into their house to watch the latest version of Dancing With The Stars. Until they get the knock on the door in the middle of the night too, because their neighbor denounced them.

PEOPLE….WE CAN’T AFFORD TO BE SILENT ANYMORE. THIS IS OUR LAST CHANCE FOR FREEDOM.

We’re under pressure to bring about change. That change includes removing the corruption from our government and taking back our country for We, the People.

I received this message last night:

“You do know that Prairie Fire was a terrorist manifesto written by Bill Ayres, right? You do realize I stand to call Ayers, Obama and supporters of Prairie Fire as treasonous anti-American bastards, right?”

Look at that treasonous bastard, Sophie Scholl. She was executed for treason

I replied:

“That’s your right.” There was no point in even arguing with this person. Throughout history, there has always been “treasonous bastards” that were not afraid to stand up for liberty.

When did the concepts of liberty and justice for all, and equality, and a love of freedom become traits that were looked upon as unamerican and treasonous? Where and when did it all go wrong?

WE’VE GOT TO FIGHT! WE’VE GOT TO WIN. The alternative is unthinkable.

“Thousands of Occupy protesters from across the country are expected to converge Tuesday on Capitol Hill to take their message to the halls of Congress, in what some observers say is the movement’s overdue moment to engage the American political system.”

“Protesters already have set up camps in public spaces, taken over foreclosed homes and shut down key shipping ports, but for the most part they have shunned the political system, viewing it as beyond salvation.”

“The congressional protest – which falls on the movement’s four-month mark and the beginning of a new session of Congress – appears to represent a strategic shift aimed at winning support of the many Americans disillusioned with the legislative branch.”

Who’s Tea Party? The CORPORATIONS TEA PARTY. They should have focused on Wall Street too

“Often the complaint that I hear is that, ‘you guys are targeting the wrong people.’ And so we have that discussion about you know whether or not Wall Street is the source of the problem or really Congress is,” said Aaron Bornstein, a 31-year-old neuroscientist and member of the Occupy Wall Street Think Tank, which will hold discussions at the event.”

“They’re really two sides of the same coin,” he continued. ”You can’t have the corruptive influence without both the people who are doing the corrupting and the people who are corrupted.” Protesters have traveled from far-flung towns and cities such as Walla Walla, Wash., Greensboro, N.C., and San Diego by plane, car, bus and train.

This woman was at the NH primaries too. She starts fights with cops and people and runs off.

She was identified as a troublemaker by the 99% occupiers and is now in DC trying to stir things up. She has been pointed out to the authorities, but has not been arrested. Why?

Keep the peace! Either this person is a member of the lunatic fringe, or she’s an agitator, paid for by the people who have a vested interest in seeing the occupy protests fail.

Oh, by the way….There was another GOP debate last night. I don’t know why. The media has already crowned Romney as our next President, and we all love to be seen as backing a winner. Even if he straps his dog to the roof of his car.

If he treats his dog in this manner, imagine how he will treat us? HE DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU. But, people will vote for him anyway.

I also heard that Romney has relatives living in Mexico. There’s nothing wrong with that. Hell, I have relatives living in Poland. We all have relations all over the world. But, I was amused when a Spanish-speaking friend of mine remarked:

“Do you know how to say Mitt Romney in Spanish?” It’s said: “Pinche cabron”

Oh, then there’s this:

Gingrich: “My position should not offend blacks”

And people will still vote for him

Mayor gives Occupy Syracuse 24 hours to shut down

OH MY GOD. THE OCCUPIERS ARE TRYING TO KEEP WARM. THAT’S UNSAFE!

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Mayor Stephanie Miner has ordered Occupy Syracuse to vacate its location in the city’s downtown area. According to the city, fire personnel have raised safety concerns about the protest site. The Syracuse Fire Department says it has found a 20-gallon propane tank at the site, along with two 16.4 ounce propane tanks and propane heater.

If you think the Mayor cares about the safety of the occupiers, you’re crazy. She doesn’t give a damn about you. That public safety excuse is only the mantra of the 1% and their paid henchmen to push their NDAA, SOPA, Patriot Act, and PIPA agenda. You will hear it over and over, as you will hear their lackeys call you “treasonous” for working to preserve our rights as Americans and human beings. Remember, the Nazis considered Sophie Scholl and the White Rose treasonous too.
