“If you’re obeying the law, you have nothing to worry about.”

If you’re obeying the law by allowing the continued dismantling of our Constitution, you are part of the problem, not the solution. Get the hell out of our way and stop parroting the views of your corporate masters.

In this country, we’re witnessing the absolute end of whatever prosperity we once had and it’s all because of the greed of the very few.

Is this what we want for our future and for the future of our children?

When you stand by and complacently and passively allow our country to be dominated and ruled by the 1%, you are effectively saying “Screw our children. I got mine. They can get theirs too.”

When you sit in your homes while our freedoms are, one by one, being taken away, you’re saying: “Who cares if it all goes to hell? I’ll be dead by the time it gets real bad.”

Acceptance of oppression is like digging your own grave

The warning signs are all there as plain as the nose on your face if you choose to open your eyes.

We need to fight now, before it’s too late. Before ALL of our rights, with the exception of what little non-threatening (to the 1%) rights the corporations will let us keep, are removed.

Before our lifestyles as we now know them are nothing more than a faded memory.

No matter what the corporate media and their willing stooges and sheep among the populace say to us; No matter what their armies of police do to us; No matter what “slings and arrows” they throw at us; We can’t let those bastards grind us down.

Don’t listen to their propaganda machine that refuses to support “We, the People.” We can’t become  discouraged. WE MUST FIGHT!

The new American Dream. Rob from the poor and give to the rich!

“Millions of homeowners have lost their homes to foreclosures, a process whereby banks repossess their properties. And at the same time, the budget cuts at federal and state level are eroding some of the government’s social welfare programs.”

“And a few months ago, the Occupy Wall Street movement began in New York and spread around the world. The protesters’ slogan “We are the 99 per cent” refers to the growing income and wealth inequality in the US between the wealthiest one per cent and the rest of the population.”

What did people think of this news? It certainly didn’t tell the “sleeping sheep” what they wanted to hear.

“Even if your considered poor in America. You live pretty good compared to other countries. Free education – Free Food. Much assistance if you want it. Compare that to third world poverty?”

What will it take for these people to finally wake up? Will it be when we’re all finally reduced to poverty and crushed by the police state we’re creating?

Will they be happy then?

No. They will either be screaming the loudest, or, they will go back to their warm cell after their 16 hour shift and tell people to be happy that they got an extra pork chop in their nightly ration. By then, it will be too late to resist.

They will have let the bastards grind them down, and will not have even realized it. They will be good citizens of the new world order and slaves to the 1%.

Exactly! What is “poor” in the US? Is considered poor a family of 4 making less than $24,000. If one member of this family works at minimum wage he/she can bring back some $17,500/year pays 0 taxes on this bracket, all that is needed is that the other 3 members (1 or all) bring an extra $6,500 to lift them from poverty which is fairly easy for those who WANT to! Which brings us to the conclusion: being poor in the US is a choice!

For those in doubt, the American Dream is alive, all you need is to be a dreamer and work toward accomplishing that dream.

If you prefer to be lazy, wait for food stamps and government aid programs then you have chosen to be poor and this is not going to change no matter what.

This land is still the land of opportunity for those who seek opportunities.

Can't make the rent? Can't feed your kids? Don't want to go to the workhouse? There is another alternative!

Oh, my God! Is someone paying these people to haunt the comment boards on news websites and spout this propaganda, or have they been living with their heads in the sand?

Either way, these are the people that will be the most disillusioned when it happens to them, and they find themselves ruined. They will be the ones either complacently going to the workhouse, or they will be the ones jumping out the windows of their high-rise apartments.

When you live with your head in the sand, your ass is in the air.

How much longer will it be until it is openly illegal to be homeless? Right now, the homeless are just harassed and ridiculed by the “sleeping sheep” who echo the words of their 1% masters and the mainstream media when they say: “They chose to be poor.”

How much longer until the “final solution” to the problem of poverty and homelessness in America will be to put poor people in prison factories? It’s coming, and right now there are not enough people in this country that can see it coming. They think: “It won’t happen to me.”

“The US Supreme Court said Friday it would decide whether having a drug dog sniff at the door of a private residence violates the Fourth Amendment’s proscription against warrantless searches. The court agreed to hear an appeal from the state of Florida in a case where the Florida Supreme Court ruled that such searches were indeed unconstitutional.”

That means, if the cops so much as suspect you of anything, they can say that the dog gave a reaction and then search your house legally. What’s the dog going to say if it’s all a lie? What if the cops have the wrong address, or if you’ve done nothing wrong except for having the misfortune of looking like someone who has committed a crime? You’re screwed in your own house, and you or a family member might even get killed.

“It’s time to change our thinking,” says Pat McCarthy, who advises police agencies across the country. “Cops are exposing themselves to increasing danger many times over, and it’s just not necessary.”

So, what is this article really saying?

It’s saying: There’s been a huge rise in the number of civilians killed or wounded by gunfire as a result of quasi-military police raids, which is naturally leading police to question the tactic.

To Protect and Serve?

Why?

Because cops might get hurt too. Not because innocent citizens are getting killed.

War on terror + war on drugs.

At some point we should remember that police are not supposed to be fighting a “war”.

They’re supposed to use force in a way that maintains a civilization, not crushes it.

This is the difference between having a police force and having a police state.

Now, imagine this scenario:

They can say: "THE DOG SMELLED SOMETHING"

It’s dark, someone’s broken down your door and shot your dog, there is no reasonable reason for a police raid on your property, there are no blue and red lights spinning outside and no guy with a bullhorn. 

Now, fast forward two weeks and the police department is mourning the death of at least two officers and quietly apologizing to your widow for (transposed address numbers on the warrant/bad info from a jailhouse informant/drug dog gave a reaction, bad tip from an angry neighbor, mumble, mumble).

You can’t fight autopilot, though. More and more ex-military personnel are entering civilian life everyday.

Imagine if this had been the home of a returned combat veteran?

They were trained and conditioned to react a certain way to a certain stimulus.

This will end badly if the local law enforcement agencies continue to play Baghdad.

And it will end badly for all of us if the police continue to be allowed to use such brutal and poorly thought-out tactics.

Serving a warrant on a suspect (remember, that is all anyone about to be arrested is to police) should be taken with the public and suspect’s safety as first priority. This is a person presumed innocent until convicted at trial. Thinking of them as expendable collateral when jumping their house in the night should be the last thing that officers of the law should be doing.

And soon, if the police have their way, a police K-9 will have more rights and more say than you and your family do in this country.

Now, where are we headed? What does the future hold for us? What can we do? Let’s look to the past for solutions. A very dark past, written by a citizen of the former Soviet Union. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN HERE!

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And you could be sure ahead of time that you’d be cracking the skull of a cutthroat. Or what about the Black Maria sitting out there on the street with one lonely chauffeur – what if it had been driven off or its tires spiked. The NKVD Secret Police would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!

After all, The Supreme Court of the United States has already ruled the cops can roll up to the wrong house, blow your door in, shoot your dogs and grandma and tear your house to shreds without an ounce of liability.
