Good Morning!

we’ll do/say anything for a buck

Gads! The trolls sure were out in force last night on adbusters action stream.

I would comment on some of their drivel, but why feed them?

I’ve always wondered how some of these “newscasters” and political commentators keep a straight face when they’re speaking.

They can’t be that stupid. Can they?

Have you seen this in the news?

“Fee-weary customers breaking from big banks”

A Netflix moment: Complain or change

Cory and Stephanie Heck are in the midst of doing what countless other Bank of America customers have threatened. In response to the bank’s plan to charge $5 per month for using debit cards, they’re switching banks.

“We work too hard to have to pay to access our money,” said Cory Heck, 31, a Bank of America customer for about four years.

“For me, it’s a customer service issue,” said Stephanie, also 31, a human resources manager. “As a customer, they haven’t treated us the way I would expect to be treated.”

The Hecks are far from alone. A growing number of big bank customers, angry about new debit card usage fees, harder-to-avoid checking accounts fees and rising ATM surcharges, are taking their frustrations and their business elsewhere.

There’s even a campaign, dubbed “Bank Transfer Day” that has more than 11,500 people pledging on Facebook to switch financial institutions by Nov. 5. Most say they are headed to credit unions.

Calico Blackie says:

Um, not just on facebook. It’s been all over twitter and the “occupy” newsfeeds.

All good and well, but you’ve got to figure that B of A could use this as an excuse to dump it’s retail banking arm and unload it’s 55 trillion boondoggle on our backs.

If they do this, let’s make sure that when we take Versailles, we don’t just get the piss boy.

This land is your land, this land is my land

Pete Seeger came to sing at the Wall Street protest the other night. I heard it was great.

Meanwhile, up in a Wall Street office, they were singing a different tune.

Brian Moynihan CEO of B of A.

Remember…..

Let’s make sure that when we take Versailles, we don’t just get the piss boy.

 Meanwhile, on the “Occupy” front……

Our corporate masters are made uneasy by gatherings from which they’re not getting money.

From San Jose California KCBS News

Occupy San Jose protest in front of City Hall has been busted again, police make 2 arrests early this morning

Calico Blackie says:

I read the other day that the protests seem to be losing steam because twitter has slowed down and there isn’t as much in the news regarding the protests.  Where did I read that? IN THE CORPORATE MEDIA!

They’re scared.

Hard to pursue when you’re in chains

The movement is going strong in cities around the world and will continue to be strong as long as the fat cats refuse to listen.

Times change but the basic issues stay the same.

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness stands on the foundation of food, shelter, and gainful employment.

And now…..

A few words for the people in America that are seeing their lives, lifestyles and livelihoods slipping away from them.

The “soon to be poor”, so to speak.

If you’ve never been poor, there are a few realities you will have to face. One of them is calls from various collection agencies.

By all means, pay your bills when you can, but don’t lose any sleep over it if the bill collectors have to wait to get the money.

pay up NOW or we’ll pull out your fingernails you deadbeat!

Food and shelter are much more important than you going hungry and homeless trying to pay some big corporation.

They don’t care about you one bit.

If you died, they would just go on to the next unfortunate in line and worry him/her to death.

When the collection agency calls start coming in……

Don’t get me wrong.

Some collection agency employees are just like you and me. They need the job to pay their bills.

However, some of them actually enjoy their jobs.

They’re the people that couldn’t pass the psychological tests to become cops and were fired from their jobs as mall cops for billy clubbing little kids.

They’re sadists.

He was “only doing his job” too. Camp commandant of the Auschwitz III concentration camp in Nazi-occupied Poland

People that haven’t experienced poverty don’t know how to deal with these people.

Don’t kill yourself worrying about some jackass with a phone and a hard-on.

Here’s some advice.

Face it, you’re broke.

You can’t pay those leeches right away, so why be worried?

Since your entertainment budget has been reduced to rolling up the stray pennies you can find in the couch, you might as well have some fun with the bloodsuckers.

When they call……

If they say they will report you to the credit bureau, ask them to give you the number of the bureau & tell them you’ll call them yourself and save them the trouble!

Or….

Don’t even talk to them. Hang up immediately and do 5 push-ups for each call. Keeps you in shape!

It’s SHOWTIME!

Or….

If they ask for you, say: “Yeah, he’s here”……..

“Hold on a minute”

and then set the phone down & go back to what you were doing before the phone call.

Or…..

Say: “Yeah, she’s here. Hold on a minute”

and then begin playing a recording of a particularly loud love scene from a naughty movie, or fake an orgasm.

Come back on the line and say: “she’s busy.”

Seize the moment!!!

Or….

If they threaten you with a COURT JUDGEMENT, tell them “Go right ahead. At least a judge will be honest and give me a REAL payment plan”

Or…..Play “phone baseball” with them. For every personal call you get, that’s one point for you. For every collection call you get, that’s one point for them. Don’t get depressed about it. Have fun with it!

Or…..You get the idea.  Make it your entertainment! Got any other ideas to use with those people?  Send them my way!

Whatever you do, don’t sound scared, angry, fearful, or anything. If you want to talk to them, do so in a flat emotionless voice. Fear to them is like blood to a shark.

They’ll threaten, but screw ‘em

The moral of my story? Pay your bills asap.

It’s called personal responsibility.

But don’t let the bastards grind you down.

One last word of advice…..Don’t ever get behind with the IRS. They love you long time.

But hey…

“We live in the greatest country in the world”! (yeah, I know…If I don’t like it here, I can move to blah blah blah,……meh)

If you even talk to these COLLECTION AGENCY losers, this is how you do it

By the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise. – A. Hitler
