Usually, I write about politics and the seemingly insurmountable problems faced by the citizens of the world of today.

But this isn’t the immediate time to worry about politics.

This is a time to worry about ourselves and a time to help one another in their time of need.

I read comments after an article regarding Hurricane Sandy and, while most of them were supportive of the victims, you still saw the occasional idiot who claimed: “This wasn’t bad. What are those people crying about?”

All I can say is: What dicks!

Heck, it’s a tragedy to you if THAT’S YOUR CAR

I’ll bet they would think it was a HORRIBLE tragedy if they had lost THEIR home, THEIR POSSESSIONS, THEIR family members, or THEIR legs in a terrible storm.

But well…..

Those are the same jackasses that sit complacently in their homes and hear about the poor, the homeless, the hopeless, our loss of our Constitutional rights, and the various everyday tragedies going on around them and don’t give a damn as long as it isn’t happening to them.

Screw ‘em.

 When something does happen to them, they’ll cry the loudest and look for a place on which to lay the blame.

They’ll want help.

They’ll want sympathy.

They’ll want…..

I’ve heard that Romney has said he would like to privatize FEMA and leave emergency services up to each individual State. 

Think about it.

Would you like to see Halliburton come into YOUR area when a disaster strikes YOUR community?

“I’m from the Government. I’m here to help.” A nightmare, but still better than Halliburton

Or, for that matter, would you like to see ANY private firm come in that will be tasked to assist YOU AND YOUR FAMILY as cheaply as possible in order to keep their profit margin up?

But, oh no.

We can’t have a government agency dedicated to helping the people in times of emergency.

THAT’S SOCIALISM!

Idiots.

Anyway…..

It’s pouring rain outside here today out west. We’re subject to floods, wildfires, earthquakes, and even a volcano (Mt. Shasta), so it pays to never get smug and complacent about anything in our lives.

It also pays to never become complacent about the suffering of others. When you do that, you’re only hurting yourself. Let’s help our neighbors.

Be an activist in your community.

9-17: IT’S DO OR DIE TIME IN AMERICA

The scene in Yemen. Ask yourself: Why are we there?

Well, here we are with the Middle East exploding into violence towards the United States again.

Somebody please tell me: What are we even doing over there?

Oh yeah, oil and money/profits.

Why do we have embassies in those countries? Do we even need an embassy in every nation of the world?

Is it because they’re necessary to “look after American interests”?

Is it because they’re good to have around to aid American tourists if they get in trouble while visiting a foreign land?

We’ve got to stop them “over there” before they come here to kill us! Look what has happened here since 9-11

Is it because we can use those embassies as “spy shops” to keep tabs on foreign terrorists to try to stop them before they come over here and start killing our own citizens on American Soil?

WHY??

Would somebody please tell me?

Why can’t the big American companies that set up shop in a foreign land hire their own armies when they decide to exploit another nation and it’s resources and people for the sake of money? It’s been done before. The East India Company did it centuries ago. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Rebellion_of_1857 if you don’t believe me.

Why can’t we just have a “travel at your own risk” policy towards any citizen that feels the need to travel to a dangerous place in the world?

Why can’t we just go all “Teddy Roosevelt” on these foreign lands and assure them that if they fuck with us too much, we’ll stomp them flat without even sending in troops? Tell their leaders that we will hold them PERSONALLY responsible for the actions of their citizens.

Lord knows we’re all safer now!

But, no. Maybe I’m being too simplistic.

Maybe Americans want those embassies to stay open.

Can we vote on it and find out?

Maybe Americans would rather give up their freedoms here and be subjected to being “felt up” at airports and watched on every street corner.

Maybe Americans would rather send their sons and daughters (or, more likely, their neighbors sons and daughters) to some third world outpost to die horribly in a war for foreign oil (Middle East) and heroin (Afghanistan) than pay $10 a gallon for gas so that Exxon/Mobil can show an increased profit.

Can we vote on it and find out?

No….WE MOSTLY CAN’T VOTE ON THE SHIT THAT REALLY MATTERS.

Mitt Romney Attacks President Obama Over Libya Crisis

Would it make a bit of difference in the grand scheme of things if THIS was the real reason why Mitt Romney chose Paul Ryan for a running mate?

“On Wednesday morning, hours after the deaths of four U.S. diplomats, including the U.S. ambassador to Libya, Mitt Romney put his campaign on the line by attacking President Barack Obama and the besieged diplomats in the Middle East.”

Romney, in a statement released Tuesday night, had called the president’s handling of the Libya and Egypt attacks “disgraceful.”

“Wednesday morning, Romney hastily scrapped a campaign rally in Jacksonville, Fla., dismantling a campaign stage, and instead held a small press conference in which he repeatedly defended his criticism of the administration, slamming embassy officials in Cairo and President Obama.”

“When our grounds are being attacked, and being breached, that the first response of the United States must be outrage at the breach of the sovereignty of our nation.”

“And apology for America’s values is never the right course,” he said, slamming the Obama administration for “sympathiz[ing] with those who waged the attacks.”

Yemen Protests: Demonstrators Angered By Anti-Islam Film Storm U.S. Embassy In Sanaa

It’s not barbaric when we do it. AND IT’S BEEN HAPPENING FOR CENTURIES

Chanting “death to America” and “death to Israel,” hundreds of protesters angered by an anti-Islam film stormed the U.S. Embassy compound in Yemen’s capital and burned the American flag on Thursday, the latest in a series of attacks on American diplomatic missions in the Middle East.”

“The string of assaults this week, in Yemen, Egypt and the storming of a U.S. consulate in Libya that killed four Americans, point to an increased boldness among Islamists who have become more powerful since last year’s wave of revolts toppled authoritarian leaders.”

“In Iraq, several hundred Shiite hardliners protested in Baghdad’s Shiite stronghold of Sadr City. The leader of an Iranian-backed Shiite militia that previously attacked U.S. troops, Asaib Ahl al-Haq, threatened anti-U.S. attacks.”

“The movie “will put all the American interests in Iraq in danger,” the militia leader, Qais al-Khazali, told The Associated Press.”

Yeah. Like: WHY ARE WE EVEN MESSING WITH THOSE PEOPLE IN THE FIRST PLACE?

“In Iran, about 50 protesters shouted, “Death to America,” outside the Swiss Embassy, which looks after U.S. diplomatic interests in Iran. Riot police kept the crowd away from the building.”

“Hundreds converged Thursday on the U.S. Embassy in the Yemeni capital Sanaa, which is heavily barricaded because of past al-Qaida-linked attacks on the compound. Yemeni guards at checkpoints on roads leading up to the compound did nothing to stop the crowd, said Ahmed Darwish, a witness who was at the scene.”

“The crowd swarmed over embassy’s entrance gate. Men with iron bars smashed the thick, bullet-proof glass windows of the entrance building while others clambered up the wall. Some ripped the embassy’s sign off the outer wall.”

“Inside the compound grounds, they brought down the American flag in the courtyard and replaced it with a black banner bearing Islam’s declaration of faith — “There is no God but Allah.”

Big Organic Joins Monsanto in Fighting Prop 37

It’s the direction we’re heading in, but not completely. A little bit of it still counts

“It’s no secret that giant agribusinesses like Monsanto are spending millions of dollars trying to defeat Proposition 37 on the November ballot.”

“The Right to Know Initiative would require food companies to label products that contain genetically modified organisms, also known as GMOs.”

“Big Ag is worried that the labeling requirements will slow the massive growth of the GMO industry and slash its profits. What is less known, however, is that several major food corporations that sell organic food products have joined Monsanto in trying to kill Prop 37.”

“These companies, also sometimes known as Big Organic, include Kellogg, which owns Morningstar Farms, and had donated at least $632,500 to the No on 37 campaign as of last week. General Mills, which owns the Cascadian Farm brand, had donated $889,000.

But, don’t worry about what we’re being fed and where our kids will be sent to fight and die. Alison Pill, a star in HBO’s “The Newsroom” showed her boobs yesterday! Are they organic?

Dean Foods, which owns Horizon Organic, had donated $248,000. Coca-Cola, which owns Odwalla juices, had contributed at least $1,164,000. ConAgra, owner of the Orville Redenbacher and Hunt’s organic brands, had donated $520,000. Del Monte Foods, which sells organic canned tomatoes, had donated $660,000.”

“All told, including $4.2 million from Monsanto, the No on 37 campaign had gathered at least $24.9 million in contributions as of September 5 — with the election still two months away.” 

“It will be surprising if that number doesn’t go up exponentially,” said Mark Kastel of the Cornucopia Institute, a farm policy research group based in Wisconsin that keeps close tabs on the organic food industry. “[T]his campaign will get as much money as it needs. AMERICA NOMINATES MITT DER SCHWANZ UBER ALLES!

If you think that this bastard can relate to, or even care about you, then you’re beyond reason. You’re a zombie.

The Reichstag is winding down its convention in Tampa and the winner is….  Mitt Romney!  Mitt der Schwanz uber alles!

Was there ever any doubt?

The only blemish during the circus came when the Paul supporters tried to ensure the democratic process of picking a candidate was followed to the letter.

But, we can’t have that, can we?

 The saddest part is that most Americans are just fine with it. They think it’s great.

Either that, or they’ve been so beaten down with the propaganda that they’ve been conditioned to accept the Schwanz as an inevitable part of the political process.

If you think either of these bastards can relate to, or even care about you, then you’re beyond reason. One is bought-off and one is a rich pawn of the 1%.

Who is going to be President come December has already been decided in a boardroom.

Oh yeah, we’ll be shown polls telling us that Obama leads by 2%, or that Romney is now leading by 1%, or that they’re now in a dead heat, but the truth is the election has already been decided.

We’re just being given the illusion of choice for our entertainment.

IT’S ALL FAKE.

PEOPLE: THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AND CORRUPTED THROUGHOUT LIKE A WHOLE BAG OF ROTTEN APPLES.

The winner will be whomever Wall Street and the world bankers have chosen. Not who we choose.

WE HAVE NO VOICE!

But, the Republican Convention in Tampa did provide us with some comedic moments. Tragi-comedy, but comedy just the same.

“The always-vocal supporters of Ron Paul made one final push to support the Texas congressman’s bid for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination Tuesday, and in the process made their displeasure at the GOP establishment known as official proceedings at the Republican National Convention got underway.”

“Paul’s supporters shouted and booed when rules were adopted as part of the Republican Party’s official platform that would hinder the kind of grassroots campaign that carried Paul to the national convention.”

“The booing turned to cheers, however, when Paul stepped out onto the convention floor. Shouts of “let him speak” broke out from his supporters, who are fervently loyal to the libertarian congressman who is making his third and, he says, final bid for the presidency.”

This is not The Republican Party of Dwight Eisenhower that tried to warn us of the rise of the military industrial complex in America.

This is not The Democratic Party of Robert Kennedy that considered poverty in “the land of plenty” to be evil.

No. These are two political parties that have become paid pawns of Wall Street and the world banksters whose goal is to enslave us.

The faces change, but the end result is the same. THEY DON’T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU

And yet, there are still people in this country that will say: “At least it’s not as bad here as it is in some other countries.”

While that might be true, the above statement completely abandons the thought that maybe we had better act and fight for improvement before it’s too late.

Maybe we need to act now to take back our country instead of meekly accepting our fate simply because it’s not as bad having a 2nd degree sunburn as it is to burn to death.

Awhile back, I wrote about the way our freedoms are being taken away and how the 1% uses their corporate media to keep us divided and fighting among ourselves. I wrote about how women are still not afforded the same full rights as men in America.

A friend of mine considered those points and she responded:

“If we continue to believe in the face of all odds, one good thing, one good thought, one good deed, one good law, one good choice, really can lead to another.”

“I too would prefer to live here for other reasons too, more than anywhere else, or Northern Europe where the small little countries the size of one of our small states actually care about their people and land because that is all they have and do not allow the drug lords (e.g., Monsanto, Pfizer and the rest of them) to get rich by polluting our bodies and our fauna and flora with pesticides and GMOs, and keep their populations completely bound to their medicines…..it is just sick how greedy Corporate America truly is.”

It’s true.

Change begins with each of us and each of us is free to make the decision to either try to improve the world one person at a time, or to join with fellow citizens in protest, or to shuffle grimly on with the zombie-like masses toward that inevitable cliff.

I’m an activist because I choose to try to make the world a better place for all of us.

It’s not about being a “martyr for the cause” or about a need to feel morally superior to anyone.

It’s simply what I feel we all should be doing.

WE DON’T NEED TO PASSIVELY ACCEPT THE SCHWANZ.

We have a choice. We can either take to the streets and raise our voices, or we can sink deeper into the bitter pool of despair and bitterness that comes with doing nothing and sitting idly by while it all goes to hell for the benefit of the greedy few.

We’ve got to get together to fight the machine before it devours us and our future…..

Before our way of life and our habitat is destroyed…..

Before Liberty Perishes from the Earth.….

LURID MURDERS AND LOANSHARKS

Remember Sharon Tate? She wasn't killed with a gun

It’s been a few days since my last update. I’ve been out doing some field archaeology.

So, it seems as if some nutcase in Colorado has gone on a shooting spree and it’s being used by both sides of the gun issue to further their agendas.

The killer is probably just another psycho attention whore, but there has been a torrent of comments made about the shootings.

For instance, here is a remark by one of our elected representatives:

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) said Friday that the shootings that took place in an Aurora, Colo. movie theater hours earlier were a result of “ongoing attacks on Judeo-Christian beliefs” and questioned why nobody else in the theater had a gun to take down the shooter.

Gunman kills 12 in Colorado movie theater

“A heavily armed gunman attacked an Aurora, Colorado, movie theater early Friday, tossing tear gas before opening fire on the terrified audience and killing 12 and wounding 38, authorities said. The theater was showing the new Batman movie, “The Dark Knight Rises.”

“One of the injured was just 3 months old, hospital workers said.”

“The shooting unfolded inside a darkened theater packed with Batman fans, some in costume for the movie’s premiere. Screaming, panicked moviegoers scrambled to escape from the black-clad gunman, who wore a gas mask and randomly shot as he walked up the theater’s steps, witnesses said.”

Sharon Tate was killed by the drug-addled Manson Family. It seems as if the more bloody and lurid the crime, the more we're fascinated by it

“Police officers swarming to the theater encountered bloody, groaning victims streaming out of the theater. Others remained inside, many with gruesome injuries, according to recordings of emergency calls with dispatchers.”

“Police arrested the man shortly after the shooting ended in a rear parking lot of the theater, Frank Fania, a police spokesman, told CNN.”

“He did not resist. He did not put up a fight,” Fania said. Police seized a rifle and a handgun from the suspect, and another gun was found in the theater, he said. It was unclear where law enforcement found a second handgun.”

“You know, obviously you know, the person made a well-organized … and had an assault weapon that would probably overpower any security that we would’ve had,” he said. “I mean, this is obviously a very deranged gunman that had access to very high powerful weapons.”

This is just terrible and my condolences go out to the victims and their families.

No matter where you stand on the issue of gun control, all I can do is speak from personal experience.

Years ago, my wife and I moved to Van Nuys & I was asleep when the wife woke me up saying somebody was trying to break into the house.

I got out of bed, and sure enough 2 guys were trying to get in through the living room sliding glass door.

They were so intent on what they were doing that they didn’t even notice me when I walked up to the glass door, until I tapped on the glass with the barrel of my pistol and yelled GET OUT OF HERE.

They left in a hurry.

We called the cops and they came & told me to “next time, call us. We can be here in 2-3 minutes.”

OK now, Imagine this scenario: They’ve broken in, you’re dialing 911 and the cops are coming. The thugs have grabbed your wife and are coming at you with knives.

NOW COUNT TO 120 and see just how long that really is when every second counts.

Today, we live in a remote area where the police response time can be at least an hour at night. Keep your phone. I’ll trust Smith and Wesson.

Anyway, While I’m on the topic of murdered babes, crazy people, guns, drugs and attention whores….

He’s crazy. It’s just another display of his attention whoring in a desperate attempt to remain relevant and popular with an ever shrinking list of equally fanatical followers.

Maybe he should pop out one of his man-boobs and sing to it like Madonna did with her breast in concert the other day? Either way, attention whoring is pathetic whether you’re a washed-up singer, or a bloated lunatic radio show host.

What these lurid shootings and celebrity attention whore news stories serve to do is they get our attention away from what else is going on in the world today.

Years ago, a huge credit card company was looking to build a call center, and cities throughout the United States were lining up to lick the company’s ass in an attempt to lure them into moving to their city.

Tax incentives, free land and more, all at the ultimate expense of the taxpayer. And all for a measly 200-400 low paying and soul crushing jobs.

The credit card company finally chose Las Vegas, Nevada, but there was a little problem. Nevada had a long history of fighting gangsters and enacted strict usury laws in the state to protect it’s citizens from loan sharking operations.

The interest rate charged by the credit card company was usurious and therefore, illegal in Nevada!

The solution?

NEVADA CHANGED THEIR USURY LAWS AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUILT THEIR LOANSHARK CALL CENTER.

The consumers never stood a chance. Neither do we if we don’t STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS!

It says a lot about America when so many citizens are forced once again to turn to loan sharks just to make ends meet.

Questions Regarding Postmodernism and Change in the Real World

What is wrong with voicing our concerns? Why should it be wrong?

More and more, we’re hearing about how the “Occupy Movement” is either dead, or that it needs to head in a different direction.

It’s a serious discussion and one that merits consideration, but what is wrong with being part of a movement that simply serves to give voice to dissatisfaction within our society?

Sometimes, the simple act of letting people know you’re angry is enough to cause a change in their behavior.

Can this “anger” work today on a larger sociopolitical scale, or has our society become too controlled by the ruling class?

Who defines freedom? Who defines change?

While it’s true that in the past, real and abrupt change has mostly only come as a result of direct (i.e., violent) action, we have seen at times in our history, instances where social unrest in the form of peaceful resistance has brought about a transformation of the political process (Gandhi, for one).

Yet, who gets to define that change and is change always for the better?

Human beings are variable creatures.

Individual human behavior is unpredictable.

What one person considers “sexy” might just qualify as “repulsive” to another individual. What qualifies as “normal” to one might be considered “kinky” to the rest.

Case in point?

The entertainer known as Madonna.

At a recent concert in Turkey, she flashed her breast to the crowd and once again tried to put herself back in the public eye.

Sexy? Erotic? Daring?

Or, was it a repulsive and pathetic act of desperation made by a 53 year-old woman in an attempt to “shock” the world into noticing her again?

Who decides? Who is right or wrong?

The fact remains……

WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS.

Taken large-scale, what one person considers freedom might constitute anothers definition of enslavement.

For that matter, define freedom. Is the Wall Street Banker with the peptic ulcer any freer than a hobo riding the rails?

As long as our basic needs are met, what else is freedom?

This all is a circular discussion that can go round and round forever without any viable conclusion. Maybe that’s what “Occupy” has become.

Maybe new directions and goals need to be set at the General Assemblies throughout the Movement.

Open your mind to the possibilities

That being said…..

Are you ready for a serious session of mental masturbation?

First, throw out the rulebook and get rid of all your preconceived notions.

In the next few days, I plan on setting out a few scenarios of where the Occupy Movement can take us and where it might lead. I’m not at all saying that this is where it should go; I’m just laying out possibilities.

Sometimes we HAVE to speak out

These are all things that should be bandied about in the General Assemblies because without some kind of basic philosophy to follow, the Movement will fragment, sputter and die and we’ll all be plunged even further into an Orwellian nightmare.

Here are a few topics to ponder:

Genetics and selection: In an “ideal” world, should we use selective breeding to stamp out what we think are defects (greed and violence) in the species?

Who gets to decide what is defective? Where does it begin and where does it stop?

A very real danger to consider in a postmodern world

Can we punish greed without being hypocrites?

Can we successfully abandon the ideas behind the Ten Commandments? What do we keep?

Do we reward ambition?

Is ambition spawned by greed?

Is the desire to better yourself, and not necessarily better others or better society a bad thing?

Is invention spawned by ambition, greed, or laziness?

Why does invention usually lead to us figuring out new and more efficient ways to kill each other?

Can we realistically change from a predatory society that labels trusting and compassionate people as “suckers” to a more open and cooperative society?

C'mon in! Over the next several days, we can ponder these questions together and it won't hurt a bit

HOW?

Please take the time to think about this  and DON’T GIVE UP!

Meanwhile, we’re still protesting corruption and inequality, but we don’t stand a chance when we’re sandwiched somewhere between Trumps hair and The Miss America T&A Show.

The majority of Americans don’t even realize we’re still out there on the streets. Looks like the revolution dies with a tweet, not a whimper.

Why?

We get what we deserve because we allow it to happen when we settle for mediocrity and going with the flow

Because we tried to be nice about it and we allow ourselves to be beaten down by the private police armies of the 1%.

We’ve been pacified by Hollywood and the mainstream media propaganda machine.

I was thinking about that movie “V” and the guy in the Guy Fawkes mask that always gets everyone so charged up and wondered:

What if that was REAL?

Some dude in a mask and cape blows up The Old Bailey and The Parliament Building and we all cheer as it’s happening.

Really now: Do you think she "deserved it"?

Yeah, right….

We would be horrified and he would be killed and dismissed as a nutcase.

Think about it….

We say: “Kick them out of office. Drag them ALL out and string them up.” Yet, when one of them gets shot, we’re horrified.

The jackass that shot Gabby was a “nutcase.”

We were horrified on 9-11, and we were horrified at Oklahoma City when Tim McVeigh blew up a Federal Building full of people enabling the machine, killing innocent people in the process. He was a “nutcase.”

We were horrified when the DEA murdered David Koresh and his followers in Waco, but it was ok because he was a “nutcase.”

Is this what we want? People forming cults, running around in masks, shooting people and blowing up buildings?

What would we say?

But that’s not all. There have been people railroaded, imprisoned or killed by our government and we barely noticed.

Ruby Ridge massacre? Don’t even get me started on that one. Where was the outrage? Oh yeah, he was a “nutcase” too.  How many of you even know what Ruby Ridge was? 

How many of you even know what Pine Ridge was and who Leonard Peltier is?

We might as well be yelling at a brick wall

Yet, we still cry and moan about our fate and make it very easy for the 1% to screw us.

The 1% knows if we can’t get millions of people to take to the streets, we will remain powerless against the machine.

They know that if someone were to do something really radical, the 1% would paint them out to be a nutcase and imprison them.

Our protests get beaten down and forgotten in the maze of bullshit we’re fed by the mainstream media.

We become apathetic and we keep electing the same bastards to congress over and over, even when we know they’re acting against our best interests.

See You In HELL!

Fuck You, Sister Raphael. I still hope you're walking around down in hell thinking a horrible mistake was made

Back in the stone-age when I was a little kid, my mother got the bright idea to send me to a Catholic grammar school, thinking I would learn discipline and respect.

In a way, she was right.

I learned those things on my own, because the sadists we had for teachers sure as hell didn’t teach them to us.

Oh, they were BIG on discipline and did everything in their power to destroy your self-image alright, but their methods tended to backfire.

We were taught we were goners from day one. Worthless sinners who were all going to burn in hell. So, I thought, why should anyone bother to be good?

I finally came to the conclusion that some people are good just because.

Maybe the nuns were ignorant. I don’t know. What I do know is that they were willfully cruel to us “underlings.”

They would say and do things to purposely make us feel miserable. Sometimes, I think they did those things just to see the looks on our young faces.

Memories from the "Way Back Machine"

For instance, back in the 4th grade I remember my mom having to have my beloved dog “put down” and it was a very sad occasion for me.

I went to school the next day and one of the nuns noticed me quietly crying in the corner of the schoolyard, so she asked me (in a nasty tone of voice, I might add):

“What are you crying about?”

I replied:

“My dog died yesterday, but it’s ok because my mom told me I’d see my dog again in heaven.”

The nun’s reply??

“No you won’t. Don’t be stupid. There are no animals in heaven, only people. There’s no place in heaven for dogs.” Then she walked away.

At that very moment I learned an important lesson in discipline and respect.

He puts his pants on one leg at a time too

I learned that not everybody is deserving of respect just because your “betters” say so.

I learned discipline, because I forced myself to immediately stop crying. Not because I stopped being sad, but because I wasn’t going to give that pig the satisfaction of seeing the hurt etched across my face.

I learned that believing, respecting and obeying authority without question was the morally wrong thing to do.

I learned that life is tough, so I had to be tougher.

She was cruel to me because she enjoyed being cruel to little kids. She was sick.

But, she did teach me a valuable lesson. Some people enjoy being cruel, and they are the people that are usually the most successful in life.

Why?

Because they completely lack compassion for their fellow human beings and can screw their fellow humans with delight and without the slightest shred of remorse.

Does our society reward greed, a lack of compassion, ruthlessness and cruelty?

Combine cruelty and a lack of compassion with the ability to be a convincing liar and hypocrite, and what do you have? 

YOU HAVE A POLITICIAN and/or a WALL STREET BANKSTER.

They become successful and our society rewards these types of people.

Think about it……….

We all like to say we don’t like hypocrites and liars, yet we vote for one every four years. We’ve been conditioned from early childhood right up to adulthood to just meekly accept the fact that there is no other choice.

We’re told “nice guys finish last” and that they’re suckers who are easily taken advantage of.…….

And we see the evidence of the truth in these sayings everyday.

It’s the ruthless liars and hypocrites who live for money and greed that we follow and listen to. Some of us even vote for them.

The new motto for BOTH political parties. "Good Enough"

Yet another round of primary elections was held yesterday here in the United States.

The winners cheered and the losers…Well, we went to the polls and voted in yet another forlorn hope that we might actually make a difference.

Anyone who has been paying attention these past few decades knows we can elect Krusty the Clown to fill the House, Senate and White House and it wouldn’t make a bit of difference.

Or, maybe it would. Krusty would probably be more honest and open when it came to not caring about us “peons.”

On Wall Street and in Washington, DC, at best, they’re not listening to us or are ignoring us.  At worst, they’re planning new and more devilish methods to control us by passing restrictive and unconstitutional laws and militarizing our police forces.

Congress has a 9% approval record while our President promised “Hope and Change” and delivered “Business as Usual.”

Romney promises tax cuts for the rich and austerity and benefit cuts for the rest of us.

Bank of America: THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN. Do the bank and their paid-for politicians care about us?

So, who’s listening to us?  NOBODY.

The people vote on the issue of gay marriage, and the Supreme Court will nullify the vote as “unconstitutional.”

Why? Because it keeps us divided and fighting among ourselves. It gives us an issue to fight about whose outcome makes no difference to big business Wall Street profits.

Why wasn’t The NDAA struck down as unconstitutional? Why isn’t robbing us so that bank CEO’s could get huge bonuses for their mismanagement and lack of caring about the PEOPLE illegal?

While we’re distracted by voting on gay (human) rights, which shouldn’t even be an issue in our “free” country, we’re being hammered by CISPA and other “Big Brother” laws.

WHY DON’T WE GET TO VOTE ON THOSE?

The answer? Because the “powers that be” won’t let us vote or decide on items that might actually make a difference to them, their profit margin, and their power over “We, The People”.

The fact that many Americans are dissatisfied with the way things are going here is obvious to anybody with eyes.

Running UNOPPOSED in North Carolina, “our” President was able to garner 79.2% of the vote, with 20.8% voting no preference amongst Democrats who voted.

In West Virginia, Obama was able to only garner 59.4% of the votes against his opponent, K. Judd in the primary (who is a convicted felon sitting in prison). Judd got 40.6% of the vote.

What does that tell you?

WE’RE DAMNED ANGRY! But, do you think they really care about us in DC or on Wall Street?

What types of jobs are opening, and what do they pay? Poverty level pay?

How your employer looks upon you the day you retire & the company has to start paying you your pension (if you were lucky enough to have a pension plan)

Are they non-union jobs with no benefits?

Also, is it the employers that are showing a growing confidence in the economy, or is it the propaganda machine not accounting for people being replaced after leaving the workforce due to retirement, firings, or other reasons?

If we’re adding so many jobs, why do the REAL unemployment (not the cooked-up statistics) numbers remain so high?

We’re being lied to. It’s almost as if we’re being used as pawns in a big game by powerful people who don’t give a damn about us. Uhhhh….

The other day, I was watching a news program where an “occupier” was being interviewed and he said that change will be “a very slow process.”  He added that it might take 10 years before we see “occupy” make any difference.

Well, guess what?

THE PEOPLE ON THE STREETS AND LIVING IN HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS ACROSS AMERICA DON’T HAVE 10 YEARS.

Change has to come NOW. Whatever it takes.

WE don’t have 10 years either. By then we’ll all be crushed and in prison and the homeless population will be dead.

Publicly proclaiming support for the Occupy Movement and advocating for the homeless in this county can be likened to someone wearing a Winston Churchill T-shirt in 1938 Berchtesgaden, Germany.

Yet….

Change has to come NOW…….Whatever it takes.

WHATEVER IT TAKES

And it won’t be at the polls. I guarantee that.

They don’t give a damn about us.

IT WILL HAVE TO BE ACCOMPLISHED BY US, ON THE STREETS.

Has It Really Come To This?

Greetings to all from the middle of nowhere!

Do you choose to be right wing, or left wing? Does it matter?

Another set of GOP primaries were held yesterday and the results were split fairly evenly between Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum.

How nice.

It’s been said more and more these days, because our choices will once again be so odious, the November presidential election is Obama’s to lose.

American GOP voters are asking themselves: Who can beat Obama?

Is that really the question they should be asking themselves? Is that really the question WE ALL should be asking ourselves?

With more and more protests around the nation being broken up by an increasingly militarized police force, we the people are being stifled. Our voices are not being heard.

We're being cornered and left with no alternative but to fight back

The needs and demands of the people are not being met.

We are being driven into corners like a herd of sheep.

What the authorities fail to realize is that many of us are not sheep.

When you drive people into a corner, and they realize that their only alternative to being enslaved or slaughtered is to fight, we will fight.

Maybe “the powers that be” do realize this and that’s why our police forces now look like something straight out of a futuristic and apocalyptic movie where the masses are little more than rabble to be exploited for labor and as a food source, and the police are nothing more than a ruthless gang of killers enforcing the will of the ruling class.

We’ve made our demands abundantly clear:

End economic injustice in America.

End corruption in government

Have more transparency in government

Make education affordable for the masses

End the bank bailouts

Restore democracy to the people

Return to the Constitution and what our Founding Fathers stood for

So, what do we repeatedly hear from the 1%, their corporate media, and the sheep that believe their lies?

“The occupy movement has no clear demands.”

One of the riot cops called out to brutally crush a womens-rights demonstration at the Virginia State capitol recently. She could be a concentration camp guard

Our leaders (both corporate and political) are not listening because they feel they don’t HAVE to listen to us. They’ll just continue with their tried and true methods of keeping us divided.

They will use their private army (the police).

They will use the mainstream media as their propaganda arm because it’s always worked for them in the past.

Blacks against whites. Men against women. Democrats against Republicans. Right against left, and so on forever.

But, they underestimate the size, scope and degree of our dissatisfaction.

This is a farmer who lost almost everything in the MF-Global fiasco. He's going broke, while Corzine is a free and rich man. This farmer is ANGRY

It’s not just the “hippies” yelling anymore.

It’s a diverse group of Americans that every day are becoming angrier.

Congress has a 9% approval rating.

What have we seen done by Congress to improve this situation?

Nothing.

They don’t give a damn about you and it’s becoming clearer every day that they don’t represent us or our interests anymore.

Why is this?

They've finally managed to make us ALL angry. But will our government do anything? NO

They’ve been bought and they don’t care about the country. They serve their owners and expect us to do the same.

They don’t care about America. They’re ALL committing treason.

But, back to the November Presidential election……..

We’re reaching a boiling point and the question to me now isn’t who will win.

The REAL question should be: Will there even be a November election?

Or, will we, tired of being given the illusion of choice at the polls, have descended into lawlessness, revolution and civil war by then, thus forcing the “election” to be postponed?

Has it really come to this?

More and more “occupy” camps are being broken up. The camp in Orlando was the victim of yet another pre-dawn raid by the forces of the 1%.

The camp was forcibly removed, and the protesters were given a new “approved location” where they could protest during daylight hours only. No camping.

Simple crackdowns on dissent is how the Nazis began their program for total control of the German population.

It was people that stood around and said nothing or supported the crackdowns as “a way to keep order” that allowed Hitler and his henchmen to lead an entire nation to ruin.

Who's side will YOU be on?

When the Police have total control and we are no longer permitted to speak outside the “protest boxes” it will be too late.

The time has come to choose sides. You’re either with us, or against us. There is no neutrality.

There is no Right or Left.

There is only “We the People” vs the greedy Traitors that sold out our country and constitution.

TIME TO DECIDE.

Will you stand with the Wall Street Bankers and their wholly-owned subsidiary in Washington, DC, or will you stand with We, The People and the Constitution of the United States of America?

Freedom or slavery?

The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

Choose carefully. If it really does come down to this, it isn’t going to be pretty or easy. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to take back our country from the 1%?

American “Kulaks” Waiting for the Hammer to Fall

Greetings to all from the “Voice of the 99% in Rural America!”

THE POLLS ARE OPEN! Be sure to put on the gas mask conveniently placed for you on the corner of the voting booth

Another GOP caucus will be held today. This time, it’s in Maine and the usual suspects will be there.

Whether you’re a Democrat or Republican, whether you’re a conservative, liberal, or moderate, no matter which way you lean, there is one thing that is as certain as the fact the Klamath River flows towards the ocean: They don’t give a damn about you.

That being said, I was watching a liberal news show last night filled with Obama supporters all of which were busy pointing fingers at the GOP and playing the blame game.

Then, I read the news from the conservative side and what was happening?  All were busy pointing fingers at the Democrats and playing the blame game.

You would think that with the approval rating of both houses of congress in the single digits, somebody might start getting a clue, but no.

The system has failed us and any solutions being offered by either side stinks to high heaven, unless you’re rich.

Out into the street with you, Kulak! Only these modern day American "Kulaks" are mostly too brainwashed to support the Occupy Movement

All we citizens get is lip-service and then it’s “business as usual.”

Meanwhile, the middle-class continues to erode into poverty and the poor get poorer as we experience our own form of “Dekulakization” here in the USA.

Kulaks were the Soviet middle class during the late 1920s, and Stalin made the decision to eliminate them much in the same way the 1% is trying to eliminate the middle class here in America.

Our “kulak class” (middle class) is being destroyed here just as surely as it was during the Stalin regime, but the 1% is going about this destruction in a much more covert manner.

We’re not having our possessions confiscated and being kicked out of our houses to be transported to Siberia.

We’re being kicked out of our houses and being forced to sell our possessions in a last minute and fruitless attempt to survive, and then being left to sink into abject poverty and/or homelessness.

It’s basically the same as the Stalin era, but without the executions.

And, it’s being done at a slower rate so that the sheep won’t notice they’re being led to the slaughterhouse until it’s too late for all of us.

Why is this happening? They (the 1%) don’t need us all, and they feel it’s time to “thin the herd.”

Automation has created a surplus of human beings needed to keep their corrupt and rotten machine going.

Our ONLY real hope, short of bloody revolution, is to OCCUPY

Democratic and GOP leaders are lying to us, both groups trying to keep us divided with the illusion that we really have a choice in our leadership, so that we continue to fight among ourselves as to which political party will give us a fairer shake.

Like a bunch of chickens, we run around and fight amongst ourselves vying for scraps instead of focusing on the real causes of our problems.

It’s the system and we’re being crushed by it.

Our last and only real hope, short of sharpening the blades on the guillotines, is to OCCUPY.

There was one in San Francisco just last night of around 150 people.

Why wasn’t it reported in the media?

Why are these concerned citizens being ignored by everybody except for the “citizen journalists” on the street?

There is hope yet, kulak! You've got OCCUPY on your side. That's a hell of a lot more than you can say about the government

Why? It’s because the corporate media and their masters do not want the general population to know that there is a glimmer of hope.

They’re praying this movement is crushed, or just “goes away” by the time the weather warms up.

They know, that if we are still demonstrating come spring and summer, it will only take a single spark to ignite the prairie fire.

Pepsico will cut 8,700 jobs in cost-cutting move; 4th-quarter net income rises

PepsiCo is trying to put some fizz back into its business. The food and drinks maker announced a restructuring on Thursday that includes cutting 8,700 jobs globally and plowing money into advertising drinks like Pepsi and Mountain Dew in North America.

8700 jobs. That’s a lot of Kulaks that now get to experience poverty. I wonder how many of them called us “dirty hippies” when they spoke of the Occupy Movement? Did you notice there was no mention of a decrease in production after the layoffs take place? WORK HARDER, PEASANT!
