Therefore, it behooves us to look at the rest of the ballot to see where we might be able to make our votes count.
When it comes to the candidates running, we’re only given the bribe recipients that have earned the Wall Street seal of approval. But when it comes to the propositions and initiatives, it pays us to study the issues closer.

“Porn actors in the city of Los Angeles have been required to wear condoms since March, following the passage of a controversial city ordinance.”
“In November, voters will get decide if a similar measure should be applied to 85 other cities in L.A. County.”
“The Los Angeles Times reports that a petition for a measure backed by AIDS Healthcare Foundation that requires condoms for all pornography actors under the penalty of fines or criminal charges has gained 371,000 signatures in five months.”
“Michael Weinstein, president of AIDS Healthcare Foundation, is thrilled the measure will be voted on this November during a presidential election, where voter turnout is expected to be high.”
A matter of life or death? Maybe. But if Monsanto is allowed to keep poisoning us, none of this will matter

We can begin to dismantle the machine by spreading the word far and wide that we’re getting wise to the bullshit.
We can begin to dismantle the machine by acting locally while thinking globally.
It all begins with stopping corruption in government and at the corporate level. It could begin with forcing our food industry to use proper labels. We’re being fed crap because our government allows it. It could begin with every new person that reads the news and asks: “What can I do?”
It could begin when YOU tell those people:
