“Cops shot non-lethal rounds toward men, women and children and unleashed a dog who charged toward a stroller during a clash with mostly Latino residents in Anaheim following an officer-involved shooting there. Police offered to buy video cameras from bystanders who recorded the incident.”
“Concerned Anaheim residents have been holding weekly rallies every Sunday to bring attention to APD violent behavior – one is scheduled for today.”

We need to confront the armies of the 1% in overwhelming numbers.
We need to convince the police that we’re fighting for them too.

Police getting ready for RNC convention in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – “Tampa has hosted four Super Bowls, but the protestors expected to cram into the city for the Republican National Convention will be a different sort of crowd, and the police are trying to be ready.”
“In 2008, thousands of protesters arrived in St. Paul, Minn., for the RNC. Some smashed cars, punctured tires and threw bottles in a confrontation with pepper-spray wielding police. Hundreds were arrested over a few days, including dozens of journalists.”
Tampa Police already have this "Rescue" Vehicle. And, it comes complete with an eardrum bursting device to aid them in their "rescue" operations while they "protect and serve" their masters (and, it ain't you & me)
“Minneapolis surprised everyone,” said Rod Reder, a retired Hillsborough County sheriff’s captain who worked three Super Bowls in Tampa and the Free Trade Area of the Americas protests in Miami in 2003.”
“Congress has given Tampa – and Charlotte, the location of the Democratic National Convention – $50 million each in taxpayer money to try to ensure everyone is safe for the political gatherings that crown each party’s presidential candidate every four years.”
“Tampa police have spent about $13.6 million so far on big-ticket security items, including 200 bicycles, 13 electric all-terrain vehicles and one armored truck for the Aug. 27-31 Republican gathering.”
“However, authorities are not revealing much more about the purchases and other expenditures.”

Who do you think Congress is “serving?” It certainly isn’t us.
Don’t you think that maybe something is fundamentally wrong with our government if they are that afraid of the citizens they’re supposed to be working for?
If this really was a free and open country, we would have been given the opportunity to vote on giving away our money so that the fat cats could have their party free from being bothered by the “rabble” (we, the people).
If the Democrats and Republicans want to throw a party somewhere, why don't their rich supporters pay for it instead of relying on getting welfare money from the taxpayers for their goddamned party?
Why are they even having their damned conventions? We already know who is running. We’re spending FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS for nothing.

At any rate, many people associated with Penn State football turned out to support kiddie diddling and cover-ups of child molesting, saying a:

“It’s just another crime being committed.” It’s just like what they want to do with the football team. They keep punishing the innocent. This is not solving the problem. This doesn’t fix anything.”

Where we are today is much more reminiscent of the 1930s, but we’re NEVER going to be told that truth.
Hell, it’s worse than the 1930s when you factor in the levels of poison in our food, the destruction of our habitat, and the fact that our politicians are corrupted to the point of no return and don’t give a damn about us anymore.
