Seen here sticking 'em out is Alyona Minkovski. She's one of the pundits on the RT Network. Why do I get the feeling she would be just as at home co-hosting a show with Bill O'Reilly if she was paid enough money?

The weather is starting to turn hot here in Klamath River country. The kiddie pool will get filled with water to offer my dog some relief. But, it certainly isn’t as hot here as it is in Philadelphia.

Once again, we’re seeing a number of major news stories and a developing news story being ignored by the mainstream media.

That’s not surprising.

Fox “news”, CNN, MSNBC, and all the rest of the networks are choosing to ignore important stories in an attempt to distract us away from what’s really happening in the world.

Even “Russia Today” (RT News) is reporting on what they’re masters are telling them to feed us, instead of giving us an unbiased look. They’re as “mainstream” as the rest of them, with their own agenda.

All I can say is:

TURN OFF YOUR TELEVISION AND DIG DEEP ON THE COMPUTER FOR NEWS. Then, draw your own conclusions.

Bike Cops in Philadelphia last night

“At least twenty-seven people were arrested in an impromptu march at the Occupy National Gathering in Philadelphia. Two of the people arrested were livestreamers—Jesse Hadden of Occupy PDX and “Cowboy Mike” of Occupy Philly. Two of the people arrested were also medics.”

“Most of the people in the march were arrested, according to Dustin Slaughter, a media spokesperson with the Occupy National Gathering. Five to ten people hung back and were not caught up in the action when bike cops forcefully pushed them off the street and on to the sidewalk.”

“Slaughter informed me that a Homeland Security Department tactical vehicle was following close behind. People there thought something strange was going on because there was a similar tactical unit at the last “mass arrest” in Philadelphia.”

More bike cops headed to Philadelphia to crush the peaceful demonstrators

“Livestreamer Tim Poolreported, according to a Philadelphia police captain, arrests were for “obstructing a highway.” All would be issued summary citations and arrestees would be out in about 2 hours.”

“Occupiers went to the jail at 8th & Race where the arrestees were taken to show support.”

“Organizers say about two dozen protesters with Occupy’s national gathering have been arrested after a spontaneous march to Philadelphia’s City Hall.”

“Occupy Philadelphia member Nate Kleinman says the arrests happened around 9 p.m. Sunday. He says a group of people attending the national conference had been on a spontaneous “solidarity march” to City Hall when they were arrested. He says the march wasn’t part of the conference’s organized events.”

“Kleinman says he doesn’t know what offenses the individuals are accused of. A Philadelphia Police Department spokeswoman said she didn’t have any details Monday morning.”

‘Occupy’ groups from across the country are in Philadelphia for a conference on Independence Mall. Organizers say it’s part of the group’s push for economic equality and other causes.”

“Anyone spending hours out in this weather needs to drink water so as not to pass out from heat exhaustion. But Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, a Democrat, has issued orders instructing city departments and other organizations in the city to not give water to occupiers.”

“Occupiers intended to be able to get water from a fire station nearby where the Gathering has been taking place (right downtown around Independence Mall).”

“When occupiers went to get water for participants who would be at today’s activities, a firefighter said the department could not give occupiers water. A direct order had been given from Nutter to not provide water to occupiers.”

I wonder how the victims of Russia’s nuclear power program feel about the “environmental friendly” radiation they’re still experiencing.

I wonder how they propose to dispose of all the “environmentally friendly” spent fuel rods from their reactors? Will we hear Alyona or any of the other well-paid pundits on RT ask these questions?

No. Those are questions and stories that the mainstream media (in Russia) chooses to miss.

“In honor of the 75th anniversary of Amelia Earhart’s disappearance, The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery (TIGHAR) is setting out to search for Earhart’s plane, the Electra, at Nikumaroro, an island in the western Pacific Ocean, where they believe Earhart was stranded and later died.”

Seventy-five years ago on July 2, 1937, Earhart, the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean, mysteriously vanished somewhere over the Pacific Ocean during her attempted flight around the world. Her two-engine plane, Lockheed Electra, was never found and neither was Earhart or her navigator, Fred Noonan.

TIGHAR, with the help of FedEx, plans to travel from Honolulu today to Nikumaroro. There, they will use advanced technology to search underwater off the west coast of the island for signs of manmade objects. They hope to find wreckage of Earhart’s plane

I guess the point of all this is to take TV news for what it really is.

It’s propaganda and entertainment with a little information thrown in to make it appear legitimate.

For instance, for all my railing on TV news, I still go to RT Network’s Lauren Lyster for information regarding the financial world and I will still view the mainstream media to see what “the establishment” is wanting us to think.

For REAL NEWS? I go to the web. I follow the livestreamers and little-known webpages that have nothing to lose by reporting the truth.

On that note…..

By wrecking our economy and not giving a shit about their approval rating, our government is creating more allies for our cause every day.

By our “leaders” creating masses of unemployed people who have nothing left to lose, all the while enriching themselves and the Wall Street Bankers, we gain new soldiers in our fight for our country and liberty.
